We define lived experience as someone who has experienced poor mental health. This could be someone who currently lives with a mental health problem, has survived a mental health problem, cares or has cared for someone who has a mental health problem, has been bereaved by a mental health problem, or has been touched by mental health problems in another way including those that work in the field of mental health.

We are starting a new Lived Experience Network to collaborate with people with lived experience of mental health so they can have an equal seat at the table when developing policy, strategy, services and programs as well as research and evaluation in the belief that this will enrich our understanding of mental health problems.

You can register to join the Network or you can help with our first piece of mental health research. The data collected using the tools below will be used by the Network to help shape our objects for the next 5 years.
