The HiVE is a dedicated online space where diverse voices of your community learn about projects in the City, share their ideas, and provide their feedback. It is an intuitive system designed to connect government organizations to their constituents and empower them to actively shape the communities they live in.
Today, we'll answer many of your questions through a live demonstration. Once you're a customer you'll have access to a suite of ongoing training and support services, including annual trainings (recorded and shared for later viewing), 24/7 HelpDesk, and a direct line to your Customer Success Manager who will meet with your team at regular intervals (usually quarterly).
You'll also have access to our Learning Center, a blog with over 500 how-to pages and examples of cool project ideas!

Virtual Walking Tours
Using our Hotspot Content Tool, you can choose a base image (a map, a satellite image, a rendering, a picture, anything!), and add pins to help participants navigate your content visually.

In a HiVE page, you can add all sorts of engagement tools, and you can use our advanced content tools to display your information in dynamic and engaging ways. If you have a third party tool that you need to use, it's really easy to use our HTML tool to drop another tool right into our page. For example, we've embedded a GIS-ESRI map below.
